CPA On Fire was founded in December of 2012 by Josh Bauerle. A CPA and licensed financial advisor, Josh wanted to help entrepreneurs increase their profits and minimize their tax liability. As an entrepreneur himself, he knew how the struggles of running your own business. In 2013, Josh began working with John Lee Dumas of Entrepreneurs on Fire and it wasn’t long before a great friendship was formed. Josh appears on John’s podcast to go over the income report each month and showcase his expertise.
In 2019, Ron Parisi, CPA, JD entered the picture as managing partner, shifting the firm’s focus to advisory assistance with virtual CFO and strategy services. Josh had grown a great client-base but Ron saw an incredible to opportunity to assist online entrepreneurs with their growth and profitability (in additional to tax savings).
Ron brings more than 25 years of tax and accounting and business experience to the table. He has worked with a multitude of businesses ranging in size from single entrepreneurs to multi-level corporations. Ron and Josh worked together to help make COF what it is today – a virtual accounting firm for online entrepreneurs looking to grow their business.
Now, Josh works as a consultant for CPA On Fire and Ron has grown the company to 10+ full-time employees. Together they have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs with their dreams.
